What it looks like: Physio studio exercises and manual therapy to address end-range restrictions or muscle stiffness (50%). Home Exercise Program (50%)
Progression: Full, pain-free movement. No recurring flare-ups.

Aim: Strength and conditioning. Build routine for exercise. Promote active approach.
What it looks like: 1:1 session in physio studio
Progression: Can maintain full mobility, can self-manage symptoms during flare-ups.

Aim: Reinforcing new exercise routine, nurture good postural awareness, master self-management strategies
What it looks like: Small group exercise sessions
Progression: Good form and control with group exercises

Aim: Maintenance
What it looks like: Continue exercises in large groups, gym set ups, return to high-level activities e.g. sports, running
