Charu, is the Lead Physiotherapist and Founder of Procure Physio & Health Services, with a special interest in Women’s Pelvic Health. She is currently undertaking her Master’s degree in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and delivering the highest standard of evidence-based care.
Having personally experienced pelvic health challenges herself, Charu understands the physical and emotional impact these conditions can have on a woman’s confidence, relationships, and everyday life. This lived experience, combined with her clinical expertise, allows her to provide compassionate, personalised care in a safe and supportive environment.
Charu is passionate about helping women at every stage of life, from managing pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, and pelvic organ prolapse to supporting recovery after childbirth and through menopause. Her approach combines education, hands-on treatment, and tailored rehabilitation, empowering women to better understand their bodies and regain confidence in their movement and wellbeing.
Jeffrey Leung | Senior Physiotherapist
Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy, Certified Mulligan Practitioner, Certified Clinical Pilates Instructor, PNF Level 3 Practitioner, Diploma in Modern Acupuncture
Jeffrey Leung is a registered physiotherapist with over six years of clinical experience, specialising in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions through detailed movement analysis and evidence-based care. His practice is grounded in precision, clinical reasoning, and a commitment to helping individuals move efficiently and perform at their best.
Jeffrey completed his Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal assessment and biomechanics. He subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy, further refining his expertise in advanced clinical assessment, manual therapy, and complex case management.
He maintains a strong focus on professional development and has undertaken additional training in Mulligan Concepts, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and Acupuncture/Dry Needling, integrating these approaches selectively to support optimal movement outcomes.

Jeffrey adopts a highly individualised, performance-driven approach, placing emphasis on identifying movement inefficiencies, addressing underlying contributors to pain or dysfunction, and supporting sustainable long-term recovery. His background as a former Hong Kong Junior Volleyball representative provides valuable insight into the physical demands of sport, rehabilitation progression, and return-to-activity planning.
Outside of clinical practice, Jeffrey enjoys football, scuba diving, and cooking—interests that reflect his appreciation for discipline, exploration, and balance.
Jeffrey is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and French, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse client population.
Pak Wai (Vanessa) Yeung | Physiotherapist
Vanessa holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal recovery and enhance their quality of life. She is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, enabling her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients.
With a patient-centred approach, Vanessa integrates evidence-based treatments through a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and various therapeutic modalities. She has a special interest in treating back, shoulder, and ankle conditions, and is trained in Clinical Pilates to support rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Committed to continuous learning, she is driven by the opportunity to be part of patients’ recovery journey, supporting them to return to do what they love with confidence.
Shweta Bhatt | Associate Physiotherapist
Meet Shweta, a passionate and skilled physiotherapist who is dedicated to improving lives through her expertise and commitment to providing exceptional care. Since joining our team, she has quickly gained the trust and respect of her patients, thanks to her compassionate approach and unwavering dedication, she ensures that every patient receives personalized care designed to enhance their well-being and help them achieve their goals. Her practice is built on a foundation of ethics and integrity.
Shweta is committed to continuous professional growth, which led her to pursue a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Sports Physiotherapy, completed in 2019 at the University of South Australia. In addition to her expertise in Clinical Pilates, she has trained in cupping, dry needling, acupuncture, and manual therapy, incorporating these diverse techniques into her approach to treatment. She specializes in managing sporting shoulder and knee injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Shweta believes in a hands-on, exercise-based rehabilitation approach that focuses on improving posture, strengthening the body, and providing long-lasting relief, so her patients can return to the activities they love.
Outside of physiotherapy, Shweta enjoys a range of personal interests. She practices spiritual tarot reading, helping others gain insight and clarity, and enjoys spending time with her beloved dogs. When she’s not working, Shweta finds peace at the beach or indulges in a soothing spa day. She also enjoys painting, using her creativity to embrace new challenges in all aspects of her life.
Timsi Marwah | Senior Admin
Timsi serves as the Senior Admin and Marketing Guru at Procure Physio, where she seamlessly manages the practice’s administration and reception while overseeing the brand’s digital and marketing initiatives. Known for her friendly demeanour, Timsi has built strong, positive connections with patients and is an invaluable team player who thrives both independently and collaboratively. Her versatility and dedication keep the practice running smoothly, and her enthusiasm for coffee has, without a doubt, influenced the entire team!
Outside of work, Timsi is deeply passionate about meditation and spirituality, grounding her adventurous spirit with mindful practices. She is a thrill-seeker at heart and loves exploring the world on two wheels, often embarking on motorcycle trips to discover new horizons.
