Mobile Home Visits

It’s not always easy to find a mode of transport to get treatment on a regular basis. We provide outcall treatments to our NDIS participants.
We are fully equipped for your rehab – mat, gym ball, weights, band, pain management modalities, and many more – so that you get the benefits of the best treatment at the comfort of your home.
But it’s not just about the treatment. We are always on time, reliable, stick to the plan, and most importantly, we care. We take the time to build rapport with the participant, their family, and their Support Coordinator. That way, we develop a mutually trusting relationship all in the aim of getting you moving better!
Do I need a referral to access NDIS physiotherapy?
No. You do not need a GP referral to see our NDIS physiotherapists. You can contact us directly, or your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, family member, or healthcare professional can refer you.
Do you provide physiotherapy at home?
Yes. We offer mobile physiotherapy services across Western Sydney, allowing participants to receive treatment in the comfort of their own home. Our physiotherapists bring the equipment needed for your rehabilitation and tailor treatment to your home environment.
What conditions can NDIS physiotherapy help with?
We support participants with a wide range of neurological, developmental, and physical disabilities, including cerebral palsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, autism, mobility challenges, balance issues, strength deficits, and functional limitations.
Can you work with my Support Coordinator and care team?
Yes. We do collaborate with Support Coordinator and Plan Managers to deliver a comprehensive NDIS physiotherapy in Western Sydney.
Do you provide physiotherapy reports for NDIS plan reviews?
We do provider detailed reports that outline your functional abilities, progress and therapy outcomes and recommendations to help review plans and funding requirements.

- On-premise private parking for (NDIS / disabled) patients. Provided on request.
- Onsite wheelchair accessible parking available at clinic if NDIS participant and their carer would like to come visit instead. Please arrange an appointment beforehand.
- Physio-detailed report of participant’s physio-related status provided upon request
